Stone production line is composed by a series of transportation equipment (belt conveyor, elevator), mineral processing equipment (circular vibrating screen, vibrating feeder), and crushing equipment (jaw crusher), which forms an inseparable whole while operating independently.
We can adjust its crushing process according to stone granularity to meet the requirement. Large stone are sent to the jaw crusher evenly by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. After coarse crushing, the stone are sent to impact crusher through belt conveyor for fine crushing. And then the broken stone are sent to vibrating screen for separating. The processed stones are of several different specifications, among which, the ones meet the size requirements are sent to the finished pile. Those don’t meet the size requirement will send back to impact crusher for re-crushing, thus forming a closed circuit recycled many times. The production process of stone production line will produce large amounts of dust, and in order to protect the environment, it can be equipped with auxiliary dust removal equipment.
Hongxing stone production line uses closed circuit crushing technology, can adjust particle size with high automation degree, high broken rate, uniform particle size and good grain shape, is suitable for medium and small roads and bridges construction projects.
