Characteristics of new Raymond mill process
New generation of raymond mill transform analyzer from being towed in cavity to hanging outside of cavity, thus increasing the stability and durability, and getting rid of high rate of mechanical failure and big noise.
In the ventilation part, improve the air bellows and air flue to lean 30 degrees to the center and form a bucket-shaped, to ensure that the bellows and flues are smooth without clogging, and thus keep sufficient wind and maintain the host machine mills at high efficiency.
In the design of the entire system, improve the traditional two-stage collection to four-stage collection. The former two collections adopt circular negative pressure closed locking collection without dust overflowing; the latter two collections adopt controllable overflow dry-wet series collection to eliminate dust overflowing. The whole system can collect ultra-fine powder and simultaneously prevent or reduce the pollution to the surrounding environment.
New Raymond mill workflow
Crush large bulk materials to required particle size by jaw crusher, send them to the storage hopper by elevator, then transform to grinding room by vibrating feeder uniformly, quantitatively and continuously, grinded powder are took away soon by fan airflow. After being classified, powders that meet the fineness enter into cyclonic collector with the air flow for separation collection, and then discharged though pollen tube, that is refined powder. The whole airflow system is closed loop, and circularly flows in the positive and negative pressure state.
Raymond mill operation order
1, Start bucket elevator; 2. Start jaw crusher; 3. Start the analyzer; 4. Start the blower (empty load start, then load after normal running); 5. Start raymond mill host and electromagnetic vibrating feeder. Then raymond mill begins to grind.
