This equipment is used to improve the performance of the boiler heat exchange, and reduce energy consumption. It is generally referred to as the air preheater. The boiler widely applied is one-third bunker.while operating this machine, it will rotate slowly, the pre-flue gas inlet and air inlet don't change. Flue gas into the air pre-heater are discharged from the rear side of the flue gas heat, the air preheater that absorbed heat sink down with the rotating , thus, the heat is transferred to the air.
The additional system includes fire alarm (hotspot detection), gap adjustment and variable frequency control.
Composition of preheater
1.the upper feeding system: mainly comprises the upper hopper, tremie pipe, tremie type and the structure that can guarantee the safe and airtight enviroment while feeding, so that the outside cold air can not enter into the preheater , and materials feeding can be continuous or intermittent according to operation of rod valve. 2 pusher device: mainly includes the heading, framework, and connecting rod, the heading adopts heat resistant steel casting or welded, able to withstand high temperatures, with electronic control and hydraulic systems, each hydraulic push rod achieve sequentially pusher according to the automatic control program.
