1. the tank of flotation machine: the distance from the grout holes of the tank to the sidewall should be equidistant and the deviation should be less than 4mm; the height between the overflow weir on the both sides and the horizontal plane of the foot should not exceed 3mm; the tank should not be welded into the diamond-shaped and the error of the diagonal length shall not exceed the length of the diagonal 3/1000, the vertical error from the sidewall to the foot horizontal plane should not be greater than 3mm; the tank of flotation machine must take a kerosene leakage test and there should be no leakage.
2. the stirring device of the flotation machine: the axial gap and the radial gap between the stator and the impeller should not exceed 8mm and the up-down error should be 1mm; stator guide piece and the guide plate of the tank body should be aligned with each other and they cannot be shifted; the temperature of the main bearing should not exceed 40 degrees Celsius.
3. the worm gear reducer of the flotation machine: after the assembly, the worm reducer should be carried out the test without load; the test speed should be between 1000-1500r/min and the test shall meet the following requirements:
(1). smooth operation, there should be no impact and vibration phenomena;
(2). the gear contact surface should be not less than 50% of the full length along the direction of the tooth length and it should be not less than 60% of the full height along the direction of the tooth height.
(3), the temperature of the reducer should not exceed 40 degrees;
(4), there should be no oil leakage at the joints and sealing parts;
4, the scraper device of the flotation machine: the straightness and flexible rotation of the scraper should be ensured after the assembly.
