Belt conveyor, as the name suggests,it is a kind of mining equipment that use the belt to convey objects. Now let us look at the device.
Belt Conveyor, also known as conveyor belt, commonly known as the "convery belt " . in addition to the rubber-band,the other material conveyors (such as pvc, PU, Teflon, nylon straps, etc.) are also be used . Belt conveyor works through the drive device to tension the conveyor belt, the architecture and roller conveyor belt in the center part are regarded as the traction and bearing member, so as to continuous convey the catechesis materials or piece goods.
Application scope of elevating conveyor belt
The belt conveyor can be used for horizontal transport or tilt transportation ,which is very convenient to use, and widely used in modern industrial enterprises, such as: the underground tunnel of the mine, the mine surface transportation system, the open pit and concentrator.
Working Principle
The belt conveyor is mainly composed by two endpoints drum and tight sets it closed.the drum driven conveyor belt rotated is called the drive rollers (drive roller); another only changes the movement direction of the conveyor belt rollers is called bend pulley. Drive rollers is driven through the speed reducer, and rely on the frictional force between the driving roller and the conveyor belt to drag conveyor. The drive rollers are generally mounted at the discharge end to increase traction, and conducive to drag.
