The Working Process of Dryer Machine Production Line
Semi-automation and automation is the developing direction of human social production. The rapid development of science and technology brings great changes in industrial production. Brief Introduction about the Working Process of Hongxing Drying Production Line
Hongxing drying production line is mainly used in the drying work of cement and coal. First of all, the materials are delivered from the conveyor to the hopper. Second, the materials are crushed preliminarily by thick type crusher. Third, the materials are chosen through the dressing equipment, such as table concentrator and vibrating screen. And then the suitable materials are delivered to the fine crusher to do the fine crushing. And the unsuitable materials are delivered from the conveyor to the hopper. And then the materials are crushed by the jaw crusher once again. At the same time, the materials which have been crushed by the fine crusher will be delivered to the dryer. That is the working process of Hongxing drying production line.
The technical progress will not only promote the development of dryer machines in China, but also push the exports of dryer machines actively. At present, the exports of dryer equipments in China have not form dimensions.
