Brief introduction
Ball mill is a key crushing equipment which used to re-crush the materials after they received the first turn crushing,it is one of the high-fine grinding machineries that widely used in industrial production, its type is vary, such as the tube grinding mill, ball mill, ultrafine laminates mill, hand ball mill, horizontal ball mill, ball mill bearing, energy-saving ball mill, overflow-type ball mill, ceramic ball grid ball grinder . This kind of machine are suitable for grinding various ores and other materials,that is the reason why it is so widely adopted in mineral processing, building materials and chemical industries, meanwhile, it can be pided into dry and wet these two grinding ways.
According to the different discharge ways, ball grinding mill can be pided into lattice type and overflow type . In line with the cylinder shape , this equipment can be pided into short tube ball mill, long-barreled ball mill, tube mill and cone mill these four kinds.
Working Principle
The ball mill is composed of horizontal cylinder, the hollow shaft and grinding head these parts,the barrel is long cylinder, a grinding body is equipped the inside part of barrel , cylinder body is produced by steel plate , and fixed by steel liner and cylinder grinding body, the grinding is generally the steel balls, which are put into the cylinder body according to the different diameter and a certain percentage , grinding body can also use the steel segment ,this is determined by the abrasive material granularity, the materials are fed into the cylinder body through the hollow shaft of ball mill machine discharge mouth , when the cylinder body rotates with the ball mill, these materials are carried away by the inertia force, centrifugal force and friction force, and be dropped for its gravity effect at a certain height, in this way ,the fallen cylinder body grind the materials like projectile.
