The machine adopts the advanced structures of similar products from home and abroad, and gets improved on the basis of Raymond mills in the same industry. The grinding roll presses the ring under the function of RCC tightly, so even if they were grinded to a certain extent, it wouldn’t influence the amount and fineness of finished products. The roll and the ring both have a long replacement cycle, thus the drawback of centrifugal mill is eliminated. The winnower air operates round winnower machine-mill shell-- cyclone separator. So compared with high-speed centrifugal crusher, Raymond mill has less dust and workshops are much cleaner.

Hongxing Raymond mill is widely used in ultrafine powder processing of barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, heat insulator and other non-flammable and non-explosive materials that Mok's hardness is not more than 9.3 and humidity below 6%. The size of type R Raymond mill can be regulated within 80-325, and part of the material can be as high as 600.

Main Structure of Raymond Mill
The machine consists of the host, analyzer, blower, cyclone separator, micro powder cyclone separator and air hose. Moreover, the host consists of rack, diffuser, shovel knife, grinding roll, grinding ring and housing.
Application:
R-type Raymond mill is used for grinding the barite, limestone, kaolin, ceramics, and slags, etc, with the hardness below scale 9.3 of Mohs and 280-odd sorts of non-inflammable and non-explosive stuff in the trades of mining, metallurgical industry, chemical engineering and building material for high fine powder generating and processing. The particle size of finished product can be adjusted from 80 to 325 meshes at random and the particle size of part materials can reach 2000 meshes at the maximum.
Working principles:
When it is put into use, the materials to be grinded are put into the main frame through the feed-in bin on the side cover. Then it revolves round the vertical axis line by the milling roller hung on the star rack. With the centrifugal force by rotation, milling roller wings outside and presses fast on milling rings to make relieving tool carry materials between milling roller and ring, thus the materials are crushed by the rolling and milling of the milling roller.
