Vibrating feeder:Vibrating feeder also named Vibratory feeder,Vibrating grizzly feeder,Feed grizzly,Ore vibrating feeder.Vibrating Feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment. It features smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life and being suitable for feeding. They are widely used in mining, building-material, silicate and chemical industry in the crushing and screening plants.
Vibrating feeder works to continously and evenly feed lump, particle and powdered materials from hopper to belt conveyer, bucket elevator, screens and crushing machines, etc. Stepless regulation is available for SBM’s vibrating feeder to automatically and centrally control the feeding volume. SBM vibrating feeder can provide ores and rocks within 500mm for the next working procedure.
In the Sand-Stone production line, Vibratory feeder can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time, it can screen materials roughly. It can be used in these areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining industry, mining-selecting, building, chemical and grinding industry, etc.
Ore vibrating feeder:Ore vibrating feeder mainly used for continuously and evenly feeding coarse crusher, screening fine aggregate, and thus enhances crusher capacity. When operated, the Ore vibrating feeder can send massive and granular materials to the receiving device evenly, regularly and continuously. In the sand making production line, its even and continuous feeding crusher helps avoid feeding-hole blocking. It can also roughly screen the materials.

Vibrating grizzly feeder(Feed grizzly) used in extraction and conveyance of materials of very large size from storage bins and hoppers, and are conveyed to downstream crushers, while screening the materials. Vibrating Grizzly feeder is used in feeding calcareous, calcium containing material with a size up to 1,000mm at 600m3 per hour also it is used for the separation of fines from primary feed or secondary feed to the crushing plant and is meant for heavy duty applications.

The Ore vibrating feederr is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously,also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. Working principle of Vibrating Feeder:
There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder.
